Return Policy & Refund
All merchandise leaves our distribution warehouse in perfect condition. All damaged goods must be reported to CiCi Rayne’s Boutique within 7 days from the receipt of goods. If you receive a shipment that has exterior damage, has been opened or re-taped, a claim must be filed at the time of delivery with the carrier. If possible, please make sure the driver notes the damage. CiCi Rayne’s Boutique asks that you take pictures of the damages to help document your claim. We also ask that you save the original cartons and packing material for the carrier to inspect, as this is required by all carriers.
No discontinued, sale or special ordered items will be eligible for a return credit.

Refused/Returned Orders
CiCi Rayne’s Boutique does not take responsibility for stolen, lost or damaged packages with any carrier. Because packages get lost or damaged in transit, we recommend your return packages be fully insured.

Changes or Cancellations of Existing Orders
CiCi Rayne’s Boutique works very hard to get your order out as soon as possible. Our goal is to ship out all orders received before 1:00 PM PST. If you need to make a change or cancel an existing order, please call or email your immediately at 901-378-3397 so our staff can make the necessary changes.

Please Note: If your order has been shipped or you have already received a notification that your order is complete along with your order’s tracking number, we will not be able to modify or cancel your order.

CiCi Rayne’s Boutique offers several options for international orders. We can ship USPS International, UPS International, FedEx International or we can use your freight forwarder agent. Please be aware that CiCi Rayne’s Boutique is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed upon shipments to other countries.

Shipping within the United States
CiCi Rayne’s Boutique strives to ship all orders received before 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, by next business day.

There will be no cash refunds, under any circumstances, only in-store credit will be given if item is returned within 14 days from date of purchase.

Accessories & Lingerie are all final, no cash refunds and exchanges must be unworn, attached with tags along with the paid invoice.
